The worst interview experience I ever had

I sent my resume to the company:

applying for the position of PA (Personal Assistant).

I went for interview on 30 November 2009 at 5.50pm,
the company lay out was not so impressed.

A man who I was told was the boss of the company, interview me
he just glance through without read my resume.

He said 'based on your age no longer young, you should worried if you don't find any permanent job in the near future. Tell me what experience do you have?'

I told him, he then refer to the resume on his hand. He claimed that a Japanese joint venture with his company want it to go globalize, advertise to recruit a PA to do some paper works etc.

I do understand what does "joint venture" mean, foreign investor buying an interest in a local company.

He continue 'my staff can google & produce work in 2 hours. I can get someone who is younger, cheap pay & fast worker.'

Excuse me, if I do not know how to google through st701.com then tell me how do I come to know your company advertise for PA?

Oh so sorry I didn't mentioned in my resume, I could produce work in 1 & the half hour.

I just smiled be professional, it no use argue with a fool like him.

He added 'if you are selected, what ever I offer you & you better accept it.'

Oh my, so this is how a local tyrannical boss or should I called it a small medium enterprise boss behave?!

Before I walk out of the office, he asked me 'is there anyone else beside you?'

I replied him 'How do I know? I was interview by you, you should check with your staff instead.'


The reason Why I want to blog about this, because of unprofessional manners of it boss.

This is the worst interview experience I ever encounter, after I reached home I blocked the company email address from contacting me any further.

My conclusion - Singapore high percentage number in jobless, 1 of the reason might be due to tyrannical boss exist and some small medium enterprise company want to recruit staff who is young & cheap labour.

about Shanghai tenant named Tao Ke

I won't ever rent out room to Shanghai or China student lady.

If tell either of them the basic requirement as a tenant when either of them move in, after they stay for some time.

They don't accept it/ follow it or forget it either & claimed that you forget not them.

When set the rules as per their require, they can act blur & want you to explain to either of them.

While explaining to either of them, they don't pay attention & give you the 'What ever look'. *************************************************************************************

Confront them face-to-face, they are not so brave

"hey look here! This is what you request me to give you a list of what I want you to do, here is the list. You don't think I own you anything, oh you don't understand the chinese I wrote?


It clearly stated if didn't fuilfill all the 4 items I stated, will fine S$100.00 & balance of the money S$67.74 won't return to you.

How to trust either of them? when they don't even do it when they stay here.

Since Tao Ke want me to list down, I list it down inorder to shut her mouth. After explained to Tao Ke, she still asked me why have the portion 'fine S$100.00'.

I wonder where she keep her brain or didn't dig her ear.

I asked her 'Oh why? just few minutes ago explained to you, you forget about it? Sodo I need to record for you instead?'


I told her 'If you can't get used to me the Singaporean chinese sms writing style, like it or not & don'tcomment that I don't understand what you wrote in your sms.

I suggest you don't stay here in Singapore, go back home.' since she claimed that she can't pay me for the single tenant rental rate. ************************************************************************************

She changed her mind so quickly, after I sms hersheneed to pay me S$282.25 since she asked me in her sms move out today 28 Feb 2010.

Initially she said want to move out, I suggest on 26 March 2010 & she claimed she can't only can do it at night.

After discuss, agreed on the said date 25 March 2010. Well someone think she can get away like that without pay me the oustanding S$282.25 & she don't have to stay till 25 March 2010.

If she have brain, she should not have sms me want to move out today.

So dumb, already sign on the termination of tenancy agreement she will obliged to stay till 25 March 2010.

She like to change her mind so easily, of cause I told her if you don't follow the agreement then let's meet in the court let judge decide. she know how to protect herself, think I don't know how tofight for my own rights.

Isn't she sick change her mind so easily? She have the cheek to said I'm sick. What a joke.


Yesterday 27 Feb 2010, her room stink coz she "forget" to throw her rubbish as she was late for work. My problem?

I want to move the wooden bed mattress out, moved her things on to her bed. I sms her if she don't keep it clean for the room till the date she move out,I'll not return her S$67.74.

She asked me 'why jian ling stay here, you didn't tell her? I saw she do that thought was ok.'

I told her 'So my problem? When China Student Zeng Jian Ling stay here, I did told her about the requirement & do I need to report to you on that too?

If not, then you shouldn't have ask me question: did I said that to Jian Ling? further more you don't alway thought.'

Oh she can't open her mouth to ask question. *************************************************************************************

She's a control freak too, said me or my family use the electricity everyday.

I confronted her 'so when you shower you turn on the light and you turn on the light right outside the common bath room,that doesn't count as using electricity?

I'm the landlord can't use electricity huh? What a joke! This is my house.'

Sigh, I think can't blame such people. Never think properly before they open their mouth.

Conclusion: Even if either of them areat fault, They won't apologise to you. They will walk over you. Think we own them whatever. Based on my experience with them, will be my 1st & last time.

last nite 13-Jan-2010, i juz movechina student galthings from the top tray where i put my plates,
to location near where she use the flask to boil water.

when she went to kitchen, saw it asked me 'jenny, why my things can't put there (the top tray where i put my plates)?'

i replied her 'no, i don't mean dat. i washed the streamer so i shift it to the top tray so can easily dry faster.'

after dat she went out of the house, she sent me sms in mandarin
'jenny, 从我搬进来到现在，我从你的语气感觉你对我越来越不满了，我也从当时想和你们好好相处到现在小心翼翼，
我不知道是不是做了什么让你不高兴的事！如果你实在受不了我，我可以搬走！'

i replied her sms
'jianling，我都没这么想过。请你别以这种小人之心度君子之腹。我只把你的东西放电插口的下面，难道有问题吗？
我的东西也这样放，都没有分什么。你很敏感，我洗好的东西放在上面；这样容易干；难道有错吗？'

she replied me
'请你不要误会，我不是针对今天或哪件事说的！因为你现在说事情的时候会用些重的词如（小人之心，你搞清楚好不好）所以我才
这样感觉的，因为在华语里用这些字眼是讨厌一个人要吵架的感觉！

i replied her
' 拜托你好不好，在新加坡我们有用过都没有事。'
'我没有搞不清楚。 我知道那词语的意思，是你转简讯给我；是你怀疑猜测我的心思。而且它是猜测的意思。拜托你别疑神疑鬼。'

she replied
'你说小人之心那个吗？那个的意思是以小人（坏人）的想法去猜测别人（好人）！

i confront her asked her wat does she mean （小人之心，你搞清楚好不好）
she claimed mean nothing, i told her den she don use such words in mandarin.
she asked me why i frown my eye brow when i told her something, i said to her when she did something wrong she expect me to talk to her in a nice tone & can not correct her by telling her when she's in wrong?

she claimed i like to sms her& shanghai gal, i told her i don noe when they're @ home & when they're back home further more they didnt tel me their whereabout and their door is shut i wouldnt noe they're @ home or not. i highlighted to her i don wan to receive such sms anymore. evey1 is busy with their own things, i don dare to say she or whoever is free. if i
ve things to tel them will inform personally, if not i sms and if they call my hp not all the time my hp ve reception; when i had my class i'll hangup the call (if they call me) den commicate via sms.

this is the last chance i gg to give her & the shanghai gal, if she up to her small tricks again. i'll tel her to move out
coz i don wan to be mentally stress by her nonesense sms anymore

My mum taught me D.I.Y pineapple enzyme from 1 of her colleagues

酵素【jiaosu】 ferment; enzyme.
Fruits: Lemon & Pineapple (type: not ripe)
1-2 pkt Brown Sugar from Chinese Medical Hall (片糖)
1 empty glass container with lid (clean & wipe it dry with cloth, individual
preferably size of glass container)

The process:
* Lemon - cut off the top & bottom, Pineapple - cut off the top & bottom
then cut the rind off the sides in wide strokes trying to leave as much
flesh as possible while removing all of the "eyes."

1) cut Lemon & Pineapple in thin slices (on a cutting board. must be dry)
2) put it into the glass container
3) cut the Brown Sugar into half, put it on top of Lemon & Pineapple
Repeat no.1 to 3 steps until the glass container is filled.

Use Glad Cling Wrap (clear food wrap) cover the glass container,
then put the lid; closed tight & leave it for 21 days about 3 weeks.
(tip: leave it in kitchen cabinet)

After 21 days (3 weeks) then consume, 1 or 2 small cup before bed time.
[Note: if glass container have been shake; the taste might be concentrated.
might need to add water]

It's good for people who is malnutrition (營養不良); anemia (貧血); easy
weary (容易疲勞).

about Mulit-Level Marketing (MLM)

I had encounter with a girl friend who later I'm didn't keep a contact with her anymore.

You ask me, why? She did something which I'm not able to accept.
She born in the Year of Dog but her figure is on the plump type.

when she 1st introduce me her MLM products called 'E' (Sorry I'm not able to disclose the full name), I'm didn't really believe it & asked her for proof to prove it to me. After I sign-up as a downline(member) under her, brought some facial & health products for personal consume.

Few years later, I & my family moved from 4-room to 5-room flat & I informed her about it. I didn't asked her to buy often, maintain my points;

once she said to me something like this[since you have some cash on hand after you sell your flat, you should buy more products.]

I'm was shocked to heard that from her mouth, I told her [It's my own money, I'm should be the one who decide what to do with it]; I think she knew that she said the wrong thing she just kept quiet.

Another incident was, she & her upline invited me to attend a talk at Singapore Expo.
I & my son attend the talk, I remembered there's 1 guy called Alvin or what ever was invited by her. I sat next to her while Alvin sat on her other side, I'm didn't quite heard what Alvin asked her.

But I heard that she told Alvin something like this[If you want to sign as downline under her(refering to me). She (refering to me)is a loose woman, I tell you. brah brah]

I'm just kept my cool, waited and see if she told me after the talk. But she didn't, only told me about after weeks later. Which I'm furious, later we quarrel over something in our sms. She even threaten me if I'm shown her upline what she wrote in sms she will do the same shown to her upline what I wrote to her in sms. I told her upline about it, guess what her upline said to me [why then now you told me?] I replied to her [I'm didn't save your address in my handphone]. When she decide to quit doing the MLM which I'm do not wish to know why, she pass her downline contacts to her upline but her upline couldn't find my name on the list; which when her upline contacted me then I told her what happen.

Few years later, I saw her on the MRT train we waved at each other. After that I'm just continue listen to my MP3 music in my handphone. I'm noticed that she tried to call my old handphone number, which she later realize that the number is not in use. I think I felt asleep in the MRT train, I think I saw she took a picture of me. It's the wise decision that I'm didn't continue to keep a contact with her.

brought 2 boxes of Mask from Sa Sa Cosmetic.
1) Bird 's Nest 2) Caviar Extracted Collagen
1st box of Mask cost S$69.00 2nd box of Mask cost S$6.90 (discount 90%)

Note: put the Mask in fridge for about 5 mins, after clesnsed skin put on the Mask &
leave it on the face for 15-20 mins; remove & rinse face with water.
