about Shanghai tenant named Tao Ke

I won't ever rent out room to Shanghai or China student lady.

If tell either of them the basic requirement as a tenant when either of them move in, after they stay for some time.

They don't accept it/ follow it or forget it either & claimed that you forget not them.

When set the rules as per their require, they can act blur & want you to explain to either of them.

While explaining to either of them, they don't pay attention & give you the 'What ever look'. *************************************************************************************

Confront them face-to-face, they are not so brave

"hey look here! This is what you request me to give you a list of what I want you to do, here is the list. You don't think I own you anything, oh you don't understand the chinese I wrote?


It clearly stated if didn't fuilfill all the 4 items I stated, will fine S$100.00 & balance of the money S$67.74 won't return to you.

How to trust either of them? when they don't even do it when they stay here.

Since Tao Ke want me to list down, I list it down inorder to shut her mouth. After explained to Tao Ke, she still asked me why have the portion 'fine S$100.00'.

I wonder where she keep her brain or didn't dig her ear.

I asked her 'Oh why? just few minutes ago explained to you, you forget about it? Sodo I need to record for you instead?'


I told her 'If you can't get used to me the Singaporean chinese sms writing style, like it or not & don'tcomment that I don't understand what you wrote in your sms.

I suggest you don't stay here in Singapore, go back home.' since she claimed that she can't pay me for the single tenant rental rate. ************************************************************************************

She changed her mind so quickly, after I sms hersheneed to pay me S$282.25 since she asked me in her sms move out today 28 Feb 2010.

Initially she said want to move out, I suggest on 26 March 2010 & she claimed she can't only can do it at night.

After discuss, agreed on the said date 25 March 2010. Well someone think she can get away like that without pay me the oustanding S$282.25 & she don't have to stay till 25 March 2010.

If she have brain, she should not have sms me want to move out today.

So dumb, already sign on the termination of tenancy agreement she will obliged to stay till 25 March 2010.

She like to change her mind so easily, of cause I told her if you don't follow the agreement then let's meet in the court let judge decide. she know how to protect herself, think I don't know how tofight for my own rights.

Isn't she sick change her mind so easily? She have the cheek to said I'm sick. What a joke.


Yesterday 27 Feb 2010, her room stink coz she "forget" to throw her rubbish as she was late for work. My problem?

I want to move the wooden bed mattress out, moved her things on to her bed. I sms her if she don't keep it clean for the room till the date she move out,I'll not return her S$67.74.

She asked me 'why jian ling stay here, you didn't tell her? I saw she do that thought was ok.'

I told her 'So my problem? When China Student Zeng Jian Ling stay here, I did told her about the requirement & do I need to report to you on that too?

If not, then you shouldn't have ask me question: did I said that to Jian Ling? further more you don't alway thought.'

Oh she can't open her mouth to ask question. *************************************************************************************

She's a control freak too, said me or my family use the electricity everyday.

I confronted her 'so when you shower you turn on the light and you turn on the light right outside the common bath room,that doesn't count as using electricity?

I'm the landlord can't use electricity huh? What a joke! This is my house.'

Sigh, I think can't blame such people. Never think properly before they open their mouth.

Conclusion: Even if either of them areat fault, They won't apologise to you. They will walk over you. Think we own them whatever. Based on my experience with them, will be my 1st & last time.
